At Vivo Living Wilmington, we know how much your pet means to you. That’s why they’re allowed to join you at our modern Wilmington, North Carolina, community.

Pet Policy

• Dogs & cats welcome
• Two pets maximum per apartment
• Non-refundable pet fee: $300 per pet
• Monthly pet rent: $35 per pet

There is a 35-pound weight limit when fully grown, and aggressive breads are prohibited. Such as Rottweiler, Chow, Pitbull. Doberman Pinscher, American Bulldog, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Boerboel, Dogo Argentino. Or any dog that is mixed with these breeds is also prohibited. We require vet records to confirm breed and weight and current shot records.
